Advertising Disclosure
How VapeDecoded makes money and how we keep sponsored content separate.
VapeDecoded is free to read. To keep it that way, we work with sponsors. We want you to know exactly how that works.
How we make money
We earn money through sponsorships. These may include:
- Featured shop listings in our city guides
- Sponsored posts written about or for a brand or shop
- Brand page sponsorships on our brand guides
- Banner placements on the site
How sponsored content is labeled
Any paid content is clearly marked with a label such as “Sponsored” or “Featured”. We follow the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance on endorsements and advertising, which requires clear disclosure of paid relationships.
Our reviews and fixes stay independent
- Sponsors cannot pay for a better review score or remove a negative point.
- Sponsors do not review or approve our fix guides before they go live.
- If a brand sends us a device for free to review, we say so in the review.
Affiliate links
We do not currently use affiliate links. If we add them in the future, they will be clearly labeled and this page will be updated.
Who we work with
We only work with legal, licensed businesses that sell to adults aged 21 and older. We may decline any sponsor or product at our own choice.
