How to Open a Foger Vape and Take the Pod Apart Safely

How to Open a Foger Vape and Take the Pod Apart Safely guide with Foger Bit 35K and Switch Pro

The only part of a Foger vape that is meant to come apart is the Switch Pro pod, which pulls straight off the battery base. The Bit 35K is a sealed device with no opening. Prying open a pod or a battery is not safe and does not let you refill it, because Foger devices have no fill port.

Quick answer

  • Switch Pro: hold the base, pull the pod straight off. Magnets hold it, there is no latch.
  • Bit 35K: sealed. It is not designed to be opened.
  • Never cut, pry or open a battery or pod shell.

How to take the pod off a Foger Switch Pro

1

Hold the base firmly

Grip the battery base in one hand and the clear pod in the other.

2

Pull the pod straight off

Pull the pod away from the base in a straight line. The magnets are strong, so it takes a firm tug. Do not twist or bend it.

3

Clip on a new pod

Line up the new pod and push it on until it clicks flat.

Can you open a Foger Bit 35K?

No. The Bit 35K is sealed at the factory with a built-in tank, coil and battery. There is no pod to remove and no fill port. When the juice runs out, the device is replaced. Check how much juice each Foger holds to know what you are getting.

Why you should not open a Foger to refill it

Opening a vape is risky. Prying into the shell can damage the battery, which can lead to heat, swelling, fire or burns. Opened pods also tend to leak and spit hot e-liquid. Nicotine e-liquid on your skin or in your mouth can make you sick.

  • Foger devices have no fill port, so they are not built to be refilled with bottled juice.
  • A pried-open pod often stops sealing properly, which causes leaks and gurgling.
  • Opening the device can void any warranty from the seller.

If you want to change flavors or reuse your battery, the Switch Pro is designed for that. Just swap in a new pod. Pick one from our Foger flavor list.

FAQs

How do I get the pod out of my Foger?

On the Switch Pro, pull it straight off the base. On the Bit 35K, there is no pod to remove.

Can I refill a Foger pod?

Foger pods are pre-filled and have no fill port. The safe way to "refill" a Switch Pro is to use a new pod.

Is it safe to open the battery base?

No. Never open a lithium battery. If the base stops working, try the fixes in Foger vape not working first, then replace it if needed.

The bottom line

Only the Switch Pro pod comes off, and it pulls straight off the base. Everything else on a Foger is sealed for a reason. Swap pods instead of prying devices open.
